Day 1 of my 100 day workout


Hey everyone,

   Well I just wanted to say that I'm starting my 100 days of working out again I know i should have never stopped working out. Well life got to busy and I stopped taking care of my self so here I go again :) I want to make small goals and do better this time around.

Day 1 ~ went 1.7 miles in 30:06 mins. Walking/fast walking I want to build up to running. I will post a day 1 pics soon

    I have been doing herbalife and sometimes I forget to do my lunch herbalife but I have been doing good I think on it. I also need to order more meal and protein powder but I don't have the money :( So I'm hoping I have enough to last me til the 1st. Tomorrow I weigh in and we will see if workout out and doing herbalife is doing what I want :) I will keep everyone posted :) And yeah do this workout with me and we can keep each other going :)
