Day 10 ~ went 1.72 miles in 30:08 mins. It was a good workout kids where down stairs playing a video game :) I feel like I'm still going slow but I guess its just going to take my body longer to get faster. I know with the weight it slows me down and makes my body hurt more cause of the weight. But I will fight for it and it will be wroth the fight.
