Day 29
Day 29 ~ went 1.75 miles in 30:06 mins. St. George was good but glad to be home I have so much to do around my house, wrap Christmas gifts, clean the house, get Makiah's costume ready for tonight (preperformance dance recital) and the list goes on and on. So I guess I better be going :)

Day 26
Day 26 ~ well my sister in law is getting married tomorrow. Blake and I talked about my workout for tomorrow and he said I don't think your going to have any time to workout we are going to be super busy. So i said ok i know we will do some walking around and be busy but I think i should do an 1 hour work out today. So I can count it and if I don't get time to work out tomorrow. So here is my info for today
I went 3.30 miles in 1:00:47 (hour and sec) I burned 550 cals. and went up and down 12% grd. my legs feel like noddles :) Im really hoping i can workout tomorrow night at the hotel. I will keep you posted if not then i will make up for it

Day 25
Day 25 ~ went 1.69 miles in 30:01mins. It was a good workout. I just feel like I'm getting sick :( I hope not hope its just a bad day but I don't know. well I've got to be going I have a busy day of cleaning, laundry and getting ready to go out of town yet again :)

Day 24
Day 24 ~ went 1.74 miles in 30:06mins. had a good workout today. I
didnt have a chance to blog while I was in NYC :( But I will tell ya'll
about it. We had very long days we had to get up early and in the lobby
of the hotel at 7:30 am. Then get on a Bus and got to the writers place.
We would be there til 6:00pm at night then get back on the Bus and go
to the hotel then a group of us would go walking to see places so I
walked about 1.50 miles a night :) Every night I got about 4 hrs of
sleep. Its good to be home now if i can get back on Utah time ill me doing good :) here are some pics of NYC

Day 18
Day 18 ~ went 1.63 miles in 30:06mins I did the 12% grade for 13mins man oh man it really kicked my butt, I know i say that every time but it really does kick my butt. I'm so proud of my self for staying on this workout thing. I'm really worried I'm not going to have the time in NYC to work out so I might just do jumping jacks or something in the hotel room here and there. The only reason why i say this is cause they sent us an email telling us they are going to have us super busy and we need to rest up before we get there lol i know right.. I'm stressed out cause my house is not shinny clean and i still have a few more things to pack and yeah rest isn't happening today maybe tomorrow on the plain if i can handle my nerves lol. Well I better be going have a ton of things to do today :) Love ya all and will miss you while I'm gone. Maybe i can try to blog from NYC if i have time to do that :)

Day 16
Day 16 ~ went 1.61 miles in 30:10 mins I did another 12% grade for 10 mins I also burned 300 cals doing this. I'm getting very nervous to go to NYC I'm worried there going to have us so busy i wont have the time to work out and I'm really worried about reading and talking to a big group of people. I know this sounds so crazy.

Day 14
Day 14 ~ went 1.5 miles in 30:05 mins. I did another day going up to 12% grade. Today I told myself I needed to go longer at that 12%. So I went for 10 mins. and man did it kick my butt. And I was and am so tired today. We drove down to St. George yesterday to go to the Temple with Blakes sister (Shayla) and drove back last night we got home at 1:30am. I didn't go to bed till 2:00am. So I'm not all there today :)

Day 12
Day 12 ~ went 1.73 miles in 30:07mins. I do want to say that this 100 days is paying off. I lost 3.2 lbs this week :) I'm so proud of my self (: Well I cant blog long I have yet an other crazy day. Going to the Manti Temple with my sweet husband (Blake) and my Sister (Jamie) and Brother and Sister-in-law (Jesse and Tara). Just one last thing for today I'm just soooooooooooooo proud of me :)

Day 11
Day 11 ~ walked at a slower pace today. My brother came over to my house yesterday and we got talking about working out and he challenge me to do a goal for today. I told him I would and all I can say it it really truly kicked my butt lol thanks Eric :) So I went 1.64miles in 30:06 (I guess I wasn't that much slower) The goal was to walk at 12%grade for as long as I could. So I thought about this last night and thought well I dont want to hurt my body in any way so I came up with going a grade % for every song that plays. So this morning I got on the treadmill and did what i pained. Well at 15 mins. I was only at 5% so I thought for every min. I will go up a % and when I hight 12% I staied there for 5 mins. So I had 5 mins left and then for every min I went down 2% grade. My legs was killing me and burning just like my brother said they would and I also burned 100 more cals doing this. I fell really good other then I fell like i have dead legs lol I also fell like I pushed myself as hard as my I could go :)

Day 10
Day 10 ~ went 1.72 miles in 30:08 mins. It was a good workout kids where down stairs playing a video game :) I feel like I'm still going slow but I guess its just going to take my body longer to get faster. I know with the weight it slows me down and makes my body hurt more cause of the weight. But I will fight for it and it will be wroth the fight.

Day 9
Day 9~ Went 1.70 miles in 30:13 mins with doing the 2% & 3% grade. 1/2 way I had to pee so bad and I was doing 1/2 the workout with a full bladder oh and it was killing me. So I didn't think about how the grade was doing on my body lol. I'm just hoping I get some energy cause I need to clean my house today and for some reason since I have been working out I have been so sleepy.

Day 8 ~ Went 1.70 miles in 30:13 mines. Today starts the 2 weeks on this goal of mine :) So I thought I would change it up a little. I walked at 2% grade today. Tomorrow I'm hoping to do a 2% and 3% we will see how that goes :)

Day 7
Day 7 ~ went 1.70 miles in 30:07 mins. The last 10 mins I got a really bad pain in my right lower leg, I guess like a charlie horse. I just keep telling myself to walking it off. I just hope that I burned some mega fat while walking that pain off lol. Well I better go get ready for church. I know today is a day of rest but if I take one day off I will not get back on this wagon. So I have to be hard on myself and push myself the hardest my body can go. That's why I'm a little worried for Dec 6th-8th because I'm going to New York with Wounded Warrior Project for a writing retreat. I'm hoping we have some time to our self's so I can get a workout in. If not I guess I will just have to get up earlier or go to bed later :)

Day 6
Day 6 ~
Today was a little hard with the kids home and every 5 mins they where trying to talk to me and wanting something from me ugh why do they make it so hard to workout? Any ways I went 1.70 miles in 30:12 mins. Hoping to get up before the kids get up tomorrow so I can get a good headed workout in :) I also weighted in yesterday and I lost 1.2 lbs. I was so happy with my self and then Blake comes in and say I lost 3 lbs. It got to me and I told him he sucked lol.. I have been working out and I lose 1.2 lbs and all he is doing is drinking a energy drink and loose 3 lbs. Not far at all. I just don't understand I workout and eat small amounts drink water and its just so much harder for me I hope I can turn this mood into a better one. I am very happy with my 1.2 lbs. and will keep on my 100 days of working out.

Day 5
Day 5 ~ Went 1.71 miles in 30:30 mins. I was faster today but I can still feel my body going slow and very heavy. I love the feeling of your body after a workout it's crazy to feel that blood pumping lol I know im crazy you dont have to tell me :) + I get told that a lot.. I just wish it didnt hurt so bad to workout. I know once I lose more weight it wont hurt so bad and I will get faster :) So heres to small goals and losing weight :)

Day 4 of my 100 day workout
Day 4 ~ Walked 1.60 miles in 30:03 mins. I was slower today i don't know why. You would think i would be getting faster but for some reason I'm not. I really hope I'm building muscle or the fat is getting heavier so it can burn off :) I'm going to stay + on this cause i don't want to pull my self down at all.

Day 2 of my 100 day workout
Day 2 ~ Went 1.75 mils in 30:10 mins. I felt a little slow today my body felt heavier as well. But I pushed through the pain and slowness my body wanted to go and finished hard. Day 1 of my 100 day workout
Hey everyone,
Well I just wanted to say that I'm starting my 100 days of working out again I know i should have never stopped working out. Well life got to busy and I stopped taking care of my self so here I go again :) I want to make small goals and do better this time around.
Day 1 ~ went 1.7 miles in 30:06 mins. Walking/fast walking I want to build up to running. I will post a day 1 pics soon

Stress/Happiness
So I have to say I have been pretty stressed because of the government shut down. Because that's where our income comes from. But I've been trying really hard not to think about it and find the good in life :) well Sunday was my birthday and it was a good lazy birthday, watched conference, then went to my grandmas & moms house for dinner and birthday cake. Got to see my brothers, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. It's always really nice to spend time with family it gets your mind off the stress in life I think.
Then Monday was Mine and Blake's dateing anniversary, 18 years we have been together. We have had our ups and downs but I wouldn't change anything we have gone through :) I love this man more then I can put into words.
Then today (Tuesday Oct. 8, 2013) Blake and I went to go clean the Manti Temple. It was an amazing experience. We got to feel the spirit while cleaning which is crazy I know. We got to get a great work out (that I can definitely feel tonight), a history lesson, and look at all the amazing things in the temple. It was an awesome way to spend my birthday/anniversary. I also got a job application to work at the Temple:) It would be a drive for me, but I think I would really enjoy it.
