Day 4 ~ Walked 1.60 miles in 30:03 mins. I was slower today i don't know why. You would think i would be getting faster but for some reason I'm not. I really hope I'm building muscle or the fat is getting heavier so it can burn off :) I'm going to stay + on this cause i don't want to pull my self down at all.
