Day 2 ~ Went 1.75 mils in 30:10 mins. I felt a little slow today my body felt heavier as well. But I pushed through the pain and slowness my body wanted to go and finished hard. My goal is to walk fast for the rest of this week and then next add in some running.
Then I'll go from there to add my goal for the next week
